- Essential First Aid and any needed meds.
- Books or a Magazine
- Tourist Visa for Oman
Clothing and footwear:
- UPF Long pants
- Shorts
- Swimwear
- UPF Long Sleeve fishing shirts
- wading booties - we love the Simms Ziplt 2 Flats booties
- Buff and/or Sun Gloves (optional)
- Comfy post-fishing clothing
- Fleece, puffy, or something warm (It can get chilly at certain times of the year)
- Socks/Underwear
- Footwear: Sandals or tennis shoes, a pair of good hiking shoes/boots
- 2 pairs of polarized sunglasses
The fun stuff:
- Leaders we like are the Rio Saltwater Tapered leader. We recommend the 16, 20, 25 and 30Lbs
- Tippet: 12, 16, 20, and 30 pound
- Flies & Fly boxes for Permit. Ask us about pre-purchasing an Oman-specific box of 24 flies.
